A good company usually requests for rockstar developers, ninja developers, jazz developers, among other well known analogies in the geek world. Each one has its own meaning, and each one of them has its own application on how is each developer type. You just need to know how operates each of them.
You can put any of those keyword pairs, usually with the form of “analogy (developer | programmer | analyst | admin | administrator)”. Those analogies are used commonly to refer to great developer, very skilled programmers that can handle difficult problems and solve them with the proper programming technique. So, all refers to code, and nothing related to what the analogy term really means.
